Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hrs if your oder is placed by 1pm PST M-F. Orders are processed daily, and we make every effort to ship them out in a timely manner.
Allow an extra day or two during holidays or for large orders.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or an APO can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. An additional charge may apply. Orders being delivered to these areas must be placed by phone or e-mail. Please contact us at 805-929-3755 to place your order. Creative Foods and Gifts cannot be held responsible for packages lost by USPS.

All other orders are shipped UPS Ground.

UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please provide a street address in the shipping information fields.
Creative Foods and Gifts is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Orders with incorrect addresses will incur an additional $10.00 fee.

Examples of incorrect addresses include:
  • Missing Suite, Apartment or Unit numbers
  • Old Addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Incorrect or missing zip code
  • Using Avenue, Road, Lane, etc. incorrectly
